Enzo Guarino, is a Lilyfield local and the Norton Street Festa Cooking Stage Host & Coordinator. Enzo grew up the son of a cattle farmer in Canberra, before completing a Diploma in Business & Hospitality and opening VIVO Ristorante & Bar in the Canberra CBD. Today he works in business development, is co-owner of Stazione Espresso Bar in Surry Hills and the author of his own food blog enzovivo.com. Enzo became part of the Festa team last year when he took over the Nonni in Cucina cooking stage. This year that stage will become the Casa E Cucina (Home & Kitchen) stage, where Enzo looks forward to entertaining festivalgoers with Italian regional cooking demonstrations and promoting local restaurants and food producers throughout Festa Day.
