Frank & Dan – Hot or Not

Meet Frank and Dan from Muirs Automotive, Ashfield.

Frank is the Service Manager at Muirs and has been with the company since he was a teenager (42 years to be exact)! The Parramatta Road business has become like a second home to Frank, who says he has stayed with the company so long because Muirs is a good family owned business that has always treated him well.

“Muirs has a reputation built on the extreme lengths the company will go to to provide good customer service. It’s been trustworthy for years and has acquired followers even from outside the Inner West as a result,” he says. Dan agrees.

Now the Sales Manager at Muirs, after going from corporate banker to car lover 16 years ago, Dan says the best part of his job is helping to satisfy people’s needs and dreams.
“It’s not about selling, it’s about providing customer satisfaction,” he says.
