Rafael Bartkowski works locally as the director of Campos Coffee (based in Alexandria) and is also an ambassador for White Ribbon Day.
Bartkowski started working with White Ribbon because he feels there is still along way to go in achieving gender equality.
“Becoming a White Ribbon ambassador means I can influence others to support White Ribbon and help prevent any sort of violence by trying to influence younger generations,” Raf said.
When he’s not at work, Raf spends most of his time with his son or tinkeing with vintage cars.
“Work/life balance is the most important thing in everyone’s life. For me this balance is my son, Gabriel. I pretty much spend every minute outside of work with him. It’s important to me to watch him grow,” Raf said.
He finds honesty, loyalty and integrity the most attractive qualities in other people.
The panel says…
There’s nothing more attractive than a person who promotes gender equality.
I am sure this sweetie will teach his son well!
I think he’s cute and looks like a warm person and like his view on women.
A women’s rights advocate! This catch will need more than a vintage car to keep the love interests at bay.
