Before becoming a trainer, James was a chef for 13 years and still uses his knowledge about food and nutrition to help his clients, whom he counts as family, to improve their health as part of the Fitness Factory mission to change the shape of our health and fitness industry, create a community of strength and transform lives. James is a people person who really cares about his community.
