Spanish Film Festival giveaway

20th Spanish Film Festival

The sights and sounds (and flavours) of Spain and Latin America return to Palace Cinemas from Tuesday April 18 with the Spanish Film Festival, which this year celebrates its 20th anniversary.

Sydney-raised restaurateur and chef Miguel Maestre is the festival ambassador, helping to present a screening of the documentary Sara Baras, All Her Voices about the star of flamenco dance.

The festival opens with Paco León’s daring and provocative Kiki, Love to Love. That’s R18+, by the way, but there are plenty more appealing highlights – including some of the biggest names in Spanish film, including Penelope Cruz (The Queen of Spain); Isabel Coixet (Spain in a Day); and Alex de la Iglesia (The Bar).

Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon will close the festival with The Trip to Spain on Sunday May 7.

We have 5 double in season passes to give away.  Its easy to enter,  just email us at info@ciaomagazine.com.au and let us know you’re reading online. Please include your name and address so your prize can reach you.
