Vito, 31, is the owner and chef at Onda Blue restaurant and pasticceria, which opened just five months ago in Stanmore. Vito has been working as a chef for 17 years and has cooked in some of the busiest Italian restaurants throughout Haberfield and Five Dock. His passion in life is food, and he makes everything fresh on the premises from the pastries to the pasta, but says if he really wanted to impress his special someone (yes he’s married!) he would cook seafood – it’s his speciality.
