In ancient China, dragons are on the brink of extinction. When a precious and rare dragon egg falls in the hands of enslaved girl Ping, she embarks on a dangerous journey to save the species and eventually fulfil her destiny. Based on Carole Wilkinson’s best-selling book series of the same name, the film has a fantastic message of female empowerment and takes viewers on an adventure. It stars Bill Nighy (Love Actually, Pirates of the Caribbean), Bill Bailey (Hot Fuzz, Black Books) and Mayalinee Griffith.
