Bruno Caminiti opened this butcher, his second store in the Inner West, back in 1974 and it has remained there ever since. Now operated by his son Sam, who took over the business in 1996, Caminiti’s Butchery has maintained all the traditional recipes and focus on reliable customer service that made it popular.
The love for this business shown by the customers, some of whom have been coming here for three generations, is shown in their position as a finalist in the Inner West Local Business Awards.
