A majestic building, reputed for hosting weddings and christenings has taken on a new lease of life. The venue has new management and celebrates its first weekend of a new style of entertainment on the October long weekend. Two nights of boogieing, prizes and classic disco will bring the venue to its zenith.
Friday October 4th
Soul Train today is probably best remembered for it’s “heyday” in the mid thru late 1970’s. The awesome animated opening sequences, big afros, and bad 1970’s fashions that strangely look “hip” now.
The famous “line dance” where folks would be able to show off their moves to the latest hits. Always a “live” performance or two by a musical act.
The revival of Soul Train will be launched at Club Fomuda featuring a tribute band show to Motown with the hits from the 70’s and the atmosphere that made it the hippest community worldwide!
