At Ciao we love a bit of punny graffiti and also a bit of pulled pork. This clever defacing of The Bald Face Stag’s stage door sign is testament to the venue’s mix of hardcore music and lovingly gourmet food. With Leichhardt Council’s plans to reinvigorate Parramatta Road into a vibrant entertainment district in the works for a long time, we wonder if the new ‘Inner West Council’ will have the same hopes for Sydney’s main artery. Hopefully the vision of live music in the Inner West won’t also be pulled… pork.
