Get Moving with Seniors Week

Seniors Week is well under way and Seniors at the Leichhardt Park Aquatic Centre are having a great time. The LPAC runs a fantastic Seniors Week Program and it has been incredibly popular this year. On Tuesday, they will take all those willing on a Bay Walk, starting at 8am, with a shorter walk for those unconfident in completing the entire track. This will be followed up with a delicious and nutritious breakfast. This event is free but bookings are required so to RSVP, call Gabby on 9367 9043. LPAC will also be running free hydro classes on Monday, Wednesday ad Friday which is a great course for pain management.
